UCTM has a dual affiliation and accreditation.

• Bachelor of Missiology/Bachelor of Theology and Master of Arts in Mission programs are accredited by the Senate of the Indian Institute of Inter Cultural Studies (IIICS).
• Master of Divinity programs accredited by Asia Theological Association (ATA).
• UCTM also works in partnership with Bethany International University (BIU).
